The Network is governed by a Board of up to 5-7 voting members of representatives from various sectors and backgrounds.

Membership of the larger collective Network is made based on the following criteria:
There are two categories of membership in the Network:
1. Organizational members, who represent an organization offering or declaring an interest in FASD service provision and/or supporting the FASD community.
2. Individual members, who shall be any person who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years who subscribes to the Network's purpose of building regional capacity by enhancing existing FASD services and developing creative solutions to foster the development of new FASD services.
