FASD Assessment and Support Services Clinic Coordinator/Consultant
The FASD Clinic consists of a team of professionals, i.e. Doctors, therapists, a clinic coordinator, etc. The team completes an assessment to determine if prenatal alcohol exposure has impacted the individual’s development and current functioning. This assessment determines if a diagnosis within the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum is appropriate, and offers strategies and interventions to support the individual.

Children’s Assessment
The guardian will need to request a FASD screening referral to the clinic’s lead paediatrician from their family physician.
If the clinic’s lead paediatrician determines an assessment is appropriate, the referral will proceed to clinic assessment.
Adult Assessment
If you would like an assessment, please contact the Bridge’s main office and speak with the FASD Programs Manager regarding eligibility.
Consultation Services
If you provide care to a child/youth under 18 years with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of FASD, the FASS program is also available for consultation services. Please call the FASD Programs Manager.
